Graphic Tee Print Mix

Jacket- Gap (similar), Tee- J.Crew, Pants- H&M, Heels- Michael Antonio, Bag- Kate Spade, Necklace- Forever 21 (similar), Watch- Fossil

As promised, here is the second way I styled these easy breezy trousers. I was going out to dinner the day that I wore these to work, and something told me not to throw on my typical skinny jeans and heels outfit when I got home. I love the idea of pairing a graphic tee with printed bottoms, and this was my chance to try it out. I ended up really liking this combo since it felt a little different than something I would normally wear.

I think a little bit of hemming is in order for these pants, though. I'm not liking the way they cap off my ankles. Why is it that every pair of pants I buy is one inch too long!? I need to invest in a sewing machine.

  6. Super cute, doll! I LOVE those trousers! They look awesome on you- I don't think they're too long (at least they don't look like it to me), but I know what you mean; I cuff almost everything because I have short legs. ;)

  10. That denim jacket is super cool with a biker-chic appeal to it. Great pants too. You can totally pull off that style of Pants. I want some, but then again I don't know if I can pull them off.

  21. Katie you look so pretty! I love how you changed it up and tried something different! I rarely step out of my comfort zone, but I definitely need to do it more often! I would love to invest in a pair of trousers like yours! I'm with you on pants always being too long....I either order petite sizes (just so I don't have to hem them) or take them to alterations...or just fold them in if they are jeans. Such cute lace up shoes too! Wishing you a Happy Easter girlie! Rita @ www.CoastWithMe.com

  26. Well, you know my problem is never too long, but I did invest in a sewing machine for other small alterations, and yeah... my "need to be altered" pile of clothes is mocking me as we speak! So maybe just find someone you can pay in beers & hugs who owns a sewing machine?! ;)
