I really love the combo of light pink and red. In the same color family, but just enough contrast to not look crazy! I am also really loving cropped dress pants for work. I really like the to-the-ankle length on these red ones. This necklace from Luxe Craving is so gorgeous! Definitely one of my favorite spring jewelry purchases. I'd love to get it in other colors. And I truly believe that almost any outfit is made complete with a little pop of leopard! Floral Blazer

A floral blazer was number one on my spring wishlist, and this one from LC Lauren Conrad was the perfect fit. Originally $70, I got it for $25 with shipping. Talk about a score! I am really looking forward to attempting some print mixing with it, maybe with a striped top underneath. Stay tuned for that if I manage to pull it off! ;)

Funny story about these pictures. A woman saw Mallory and I taking outfit pictures one day and recommended this location to us. As soon as we saw it we were like, "YES. This is perfect." Nice little pond, some flowers, and some shiny office building windows. Well, a man in a golf cart chased us down (okay...maybe not chased, but that makes it sound more dramatic) and told us we were not allowed to shoot there! Big bummer, but thank goodness we had gotten enough shots already. We snuck the last few as the security guard drove away... :)

As soon as I saw this color combo on Hello Fashion, I knew I was going to be a copycat. And I won't lie to you, I went out and bought that yellow bag the day I wore this outfit since I didn't have enough yellow accessories (you'll see soon that I have the same bag in hot pink...haha). There is just something about hot pink and mint for spring that I am LOVING! And the pop of yellow...so creative. What do you think of it?

Since you're getting to see more close ups now, you may have noticed I have quite a few piercings, including 3 cartilage, tragus, rook, and nose, along with my earlobes. The nose came first my sophomore year of college and I suddenly became addicted to piercings. I like to wear dainty jewelry in all of them, of course. We're going for girly, not goth. Now that I've had my nose pierced for five and a half years, I sometimes wonder if I'll ever take it out. It's basically a permanent fixture!

Leather and Chambray

For my final day of Chambray Week, I present- my going out outfit! This outfit is full of some of my absolute FAVORITE wardrobe pieces. I am totally into the whole leather sleeve look, which makes this blazer perfection in my eyes. I also really enjoy the print on these jeans- total nail inspiration if I there was any possibility of painting paisley shapes on my nails (there isn't). The heels are my favorites from Zara, perfect height and perfectly comfy. The ring was my grandmothers, and though I'm not sure of the sentimental value it held for her, I was excited to show it off in this look.
