Work Wear: Chambray and Cobalt

Top- Primark (similar), Skirt- H&M, Pumps- Marshalls (similar), Necklace- Le Mode Accessories

In my book, pair anything with a pencil skirt and you are office ready! I saw this skirt in H&M in Athens and immediately fell in love with the color. Its such a gorgeous cobalt color that almost looks purple in some light. Chambray is so easy to pair with any bottom, so all I needed to dress up the look was this gorgeous statement necklace from Le Mode Accessories.

Chambray and Floral

Top- Primark (similar), Skirt- Forever 21, Heels- Target, Necklace- Glam Grab

Photography by Shutterberry

This outfit is totally fun and flirty! Perfect for a wedding, church, dinner out, and many more occasions. Any chance I get to wear my pink cap toe heels I'm happy :) This skirt has a great floral print to it, and its a little longer in the back- almost a high-low skirt. The heels and necklace work to dress up the chambray shirt a bit so it's the perfect mix of casual and dressy.

Who's ready for Work Wear Thursday where I'll show you how to wear chambray to the office? Wondering how I'll pull it off? Stay tuned!

Chambray Layers

Chambray shirt- Marshalls, Top- Forever 21, Jeans- H&M, Loafers- Primark, Necklace- Luxe Craving, Bracelet- Glam Grab (similar), Watch- Fossil, Bag- Koan

I love the idea of using a Chambray shirt in the place of a cardigan or jacket. Its easy to layer over virtually any outfit. I am really happy with the way it looks with my olive jeggings (these things are super comfy- they have an elastic waistband!). The pop of red from my bag and necklace bring in some color into an otherwise neutral outfit.

Chambray Week: Pink Shorts

Because I find myself wearing chambray all the stinkin time, I have deemed this week Chambray Week! Each day, I'll post a different way I style my chambray shirts, including how to wear it to work and for a night out.

Shirt- Primark (smilar), Shorts- Old Navy, Sandals- Target

I love this twist on a basic chambray shirt. The southwestern print makes it unique, yet still versatile since the printed fabric has a mix of colors in it. Here, I paired it with my favorite pink shorts from Old Navy in the diva style. This outfit is perfect for spring weather- I can roll up the sleeves if it gets a little warmer, or wear them long for when it gets a little bit chilly in the evenings.
