Blazer- Zara (similar), Tee- J.Crew, Jeans- c/o Aeropostale, Heels- Zara, Necklace- Jewelmint (similar)
I love Zara heels. I have quite a few pairs, and they are by far the most comfortable heels I own. Most of the ones I own are from the Trafaluc line (since they are a lot cheaper, duh!). I don't have any red shoes, so I decided to snatch up this pair to create some of the outfits I've been dreaming up. I wore this out to a concert with the bf and his friends last Friday. It's been a while since I've seen live music and it was tons of fun. I'll admit though- while these shoes were perfectly comfortable to walk around in, standing up for 2 hours was not a good idea. I'll know better next time.
I debating getting this blazer tailored since its several sizes too big, but after trying it on a few more times, I decided it was actually the perfect "boyfriend" fit. Of course its not something I'd wear to work, but I liked it over a t-shirt for a casual night out look. I'm really digging the powder blue and red combo (inspired by this)!

Too cute! And I'm loving the bright + bold pop of red in that shoe. Zara does it best, totally. :)

I think the fit is cute, and I love it with the skinny jeans and red pumps - gorgeous color contrast!
ReplyDeleteI really like the fit of the blazer too. That's exactly what I was going to comment on. And I'm pretty sure I just have to try on Zara heels next time I'm in town. If I see a slightly trendy pair of heels I like, they're always Zara. One more thing-- I love seeing how differently this tee is being styled. Truly shows the versatility of a graphic tee!
ReplyDeleteSo funny about the heels. I don't wear heels much now that I work from home, but my husband and I were in Vegas last weekend and I thought I'd be fine to walk from just one casino to the next and that was a huge mistake!! You forget about the blisters on the front of the feet. He was so mad at me because I could barely walk back. Oh well. I love those red heels. I was in Zara last weekend but they only had the black. I almost bought the other lace red pair they have but didn't want to spend the $120!
ReplyDeleteThese are fab heels!

Your sense of style is so FAB! Adore this look!
ReplyDeleteYes they do! There are a few more pairs on my wishlist right now :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Lydia!
ReplyDeleteThanks Meghan! You HAVE to try Zara shoes. The in store selection (at least at the Dallas store) isn't that great, but at least you can get an idea on the sizing. I find them true to size so I don't mind ordering online.
ReplyDeleteI wear heels almost daily now, so I always assume I'll be okay walking in them, but sometimes its a huge mistake! Haha. I'm wearing these heels for the second time today to work, and so far so good :) If you like the red ones, Zara has free shipping over $50 online :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Tiffany!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Johanna! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Megan! It is a little unexpected but it totally works! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Ellen! You definitely need to try Zara heels! I usually stick to the Trafaluc styles since they are a little cheaper, but I find the quality is just as good.
ReplyDeleteThanks Rachel! I'm following along on your blog too on GFC :)
