Work Wear: Hearts

Dress- Primark (similar in navy), Blazer- Gap (similar), Shoes- (similar), Belt- H&M (love this), Earrings- Jeweliq

In Texas, the month of May starts bringing the heat, so I like to dress a little more weather appropriate for work. A great way to do this is to add a blazer over a sundress (as long as it isn't too casual). This dress has buttons on the top half and a collar, so it feels a little more work appropriate than other dresses I own. I also rolled up the sleeves on my blazer to keep things a little cooler. Of course in the spring and summer, I love adding some color to my work outfits, so I grabbed this coral belt and some multicolored drop earrings to spice things up a bit. And voila! The perfect work outfit to combat the spring and summer heat of Texas.

    This dress is adorable! I always have a hard time dressing for work in the summer, since I don't want to wear anything too skimpy.

      Thanks Rachel! It is hard to find things to wear for work in the summer. Any time I wear a sundress I try to make sure it at least hits right above my knee.
