Neon and Stripes

This outfit combines two things I love, stripes and pops of neon. I like how the neon in the shirt neckline, belt, and earrings bring some interest into an otherwise neutral outfit.

 Shirt- Marshalls, Vest- Old Navy, Jeggings- Jessica Simpson, Flats- Target (similar), Belt- Target, Watch- Fossil
Earrings- H&M (similar here, here)

    Adorable!!!! My favorite way to spice up a neutral outfit is by adding a statement necklace or a bold lip.
